Aimee Lou Wood Shifts Astrology Views Post ‘The White Lotus’

Aimee Lou Wood, 32-year-old actress, expresses newfound caution regarding astrology’s influence on her life. This shift in perspective came after her role as Chelsea in “The White Lotus” in Thailand.

In an interview with The Standard, Wood revealed she once allowed astrology to guide much of her life but now treats it more as a creative tool rather than a belief system. She noted that playing Chelsea made her question the obsession with destiny and fate, which ultimately led to the character’s demise.

Wood has also experimented with tarot cards during the filming of “The Idiots,” using them to guide both her performance and understanding of her characters’ inner lives. Despite these explorations, she remains cautious about becoming too comfortable in her roles. Her upcoming adaptation of Jane Eyre is expected to be more aligned with her natural self.
