Govt Hikes Petrol and Diesel Prices

The Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced revised consumer prices for petroleum products, effective from November 1, 2024, following recent shifts in international market prices.

The updated prices are as follows (per liter):

  • High-Speed Diesel (HSD): Increased by Rs. 3.85, now at Rs. 255.14
  • MS (Petrol): Increased by Rs. 1.35, now at Rs. 248.38
  • Kerosene (SKO): Decreased by Rs. 1.48, now at Rs. 161.54
  • Light Diesel Oil: Decreased by Rs. 2.61, now at Rs. 147.51

These adjustments reflect the latest global price trends and will remain in effect until mid-November.
