Following a directive from the Government of Pakistan, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), in collaboration with the Al-Khidmat Foundation, has dispatched the fifth tranche of humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza. This significant effort, facilitated by a Pakistan Airforce C-130 aircraft, underscores Pakistan’s enduring commitment to supporting the Gaza population amidst ongoing challenges.
Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), NDMA, Pakistan Airforce, and representatives of the Al Khidmat Foundation gathered at Nur Khan Airbase today to witness the send-off ceremony. The humanitarian assistance flight, bound for Gaza, is set to land in Al-Arish, Egypt, where Pakistan’s Ambassador will oversee the distribution of supplies to the Palestinian people.

Comprising family tents, tarpaulins, and blankets, this fifth relief consignment highlights Pakistan’s steadfast solidarity with the people of Gaza. Additionally, NDMA has coordinated a sixth flight scheduled to depart from Karachi on February 6, 2024, carrying an additional 100 tons of essential supplies.
With this latest aid delivery, Pakistan’s support for Gaza totals 230 tons of crucial supplies. The country remains committed to extending further assistance, demonstrating unwavering solidarity and advocating for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing crisis.
