Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari Embarks on Strategic Visit to United Arab Emirates

### GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN

The President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, is scheduled to undertake an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from January 26 to 29, 2026. Accompanied by a high-level delegation, the President will engage in high-level meetings with UAE’s leadership during his stay.

The primary focus of these meetings will be on reviewing and strengthening bilateral ties across various domains such as trade and economic partnership, defense and security cooperation, and people-to-people interactions. Discussions are also planned to address regional and international issues that both countries consider important.

This visit follows the recent trip by H.H., the President of the UAE to Pakistan. The upcoming meeting underscores the strong relationship between the two nations and reiterates their commitment to developing a mutually beneficial partnership built on their longstanding friendship.
