Paris Hilton shared her experience as a guest on Meghan Markle’s podcast Archetypes in 2022. In an interview with Hello magazine, Hilton praised the podcast host, saying she enjoyed working with Meghan Markle, whose series included Serena Williams, Mindy Kaling, Mariah Carey, and Paris Hilton among its guests.

In a candid episode, Meghan Markle discussed the historical labels of “Bimbo” and “Dumb Blonde,” exploring why intelligence and beauty have often been pitted against each other in women. She connected with Paris Hilton, who opened up about how she was sometimes defined by these stereotypes and her journey towards self-discovery.

“Honestly, I think that the media can create a character of you—my whole career, my story has always been told by others who didn’t really know me,” Hilton said in the episode. “So I relate to many women who have to endure this type of treatment from the media.”

Regarding her new project, Hilton stated it is part of her ongoing storytelling journey. She noted that she began telling her true story through her first documentary, “This Is Paris.” Following that, she wrote a memoir, both experiences contributing significantly to her healing and self-discovery.
