These pumps were located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Shaheen Complex, and Mehran Town. Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh, Usman Hingoro, stated that the government’s campaign against short measurements will continue.
PSO’s spokesperson further added that the company operates 160 outlets in Karachi, with 9 of these under direct PSO management. Additionally, PSO has two mobile testing units in the city, which regularly monitor and inspect outlets for compliance.
Further actions are expected from both PSO and the Sindh government to address public concerns and prevent fraudulent practices at petrol pumps.
