Speaking on the appointment, Kamil Khan, Team Owner of Sialkot Stallionz, said: “Tim Paine represents leadership at the highest level of world cricket. His journey as an international captain and his extensive coaching experience across elite programs make him the ideal person to lead our cricketing vision. A former Australian Men’s Test Captain, Paine brings vast experience as a strategist, mentor, and high-performance leader. His coaching career spans elite roles including the Big Bash League, Australia A, Prime Minister’s XI, and national development pathways, where he is highly regarded for building high-performing team environments.
