Sindh govt committed to enhance relations with UAE: Sharjeel

Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon was met by United Arab Emirates Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remeithi at his office in Karachi. During the meeting between Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and UAE Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remeithi, both officials discussed ways to strengthen shared values and enhance cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, the UAE Consul General invited Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon to join the UAE’s National Day celebrations. Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon assured to celebrate the brotherly Islamic country United Arab Emirates with national fraternal enthusiasm.

In the meeting between Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and Emirati Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Remeithi, it was agreed to further promote economic and social development and cooperation. UAE Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remeithi praised Sindh government’s anti-narcotics initiatives.

On the occasion of the meeting, Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remeithi said that free medical camps are also going to be set up by the UAE government in various cities for the people of Sindh.

Speaking on the occasion, Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the mutual brotherly relations between the United Arab Emirates and Sindh span decades, UAE’s efforts for the people of Sindh are unforgettable. Arab Emirates is our long-time brother country, the efforts of Arab Emirates for the development of Pakistan, especially Sindh, are not hidden from anyone.

He said that the people of UAE have stood by the people of Sindh in every difficult time, UAE investment is playing a significant role in the infrastructure, health and education sector of Sindh.

Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Government of Sindh is committed to enhancing the partnership with the Government of the Emirates, promoting peace and prosperity and deepening these relations.
