ABHI, a leading embedded finance platform in the MENAP region, has partnered with People™️, Pakistan’s largest HR services provider, to offer earned wage access (EWA) to People™️ clients. This collaboration will empower employees across industries to access their earned wages in real time, promoting financial wellness and reducing financial stress.

Through this partnership, ABHI’s EWA solution will be integrated into People™️’s HRMS platform, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages before payday via the ABHI app or SMS. This service will provide employees with greater financial flexibility, helping them to manage expenses, avoid debt, and improve their overall financial well-being. Additionally, employers will benefit from streamlined processes, reducing the administrative burden of handling salary advance requests and paperwork.

Rayaan Saeed, Head of Sales of ABHI, shared his thoughts on this partnership: “Our partnership with People™️ represents our shared vision of promoting financial wellness. By providing employees with Earned Wage Access, we are enabling them to take control of their finances and alleviate the stress associated with traditional payday schedules. Integrating our EWA solution into People™️’s HRMS platform not only enhances the employee experience but also underscores the importance of financial inclusivity in today’s workplace.”

Abrahim Butt, Director Marketing & Product Development, emphasized the importance of the collaboration, stating: “At People™️, our commitment to enhancing employee well-being drives every partnership we form. By introducing Earned Wage Access (EWA) in collaboration with Abhi, we are empowering our workforce with greater financial flexibility and control. This collaboration enables employees to access their earned wages on demand, transforming traditional payroll systems into a tool that promotes financial wellness and security. Together with Abhi, we are pioneering a future where financial accessibility is at the forefront, ensuring that our workforce thrives in an increasingly dynamic economic landscape.”1

People™️ is Pakistan’s largest HR services provider, offering comprehensive HR support to some of the world’s largest companies. Their advanced HR technology platform, People-i, is used across more than 20 countries by clients such as the United Nations, Huawei, Nielsen, and IBM. With a strong global footprint, People™️ has recruited and outsourced over 150,000 employees worldwide.

ABHI, founded in 2021, is aimed at increasing financial inclusion across the region and has been serving Pakistan, UAE, and KSA through its credit-bridging products. These products include Earned Wage Access, SME Working Capital Financing, and Payroll Solutions, designed to empower businesses and their employees financially.

As organizations around the world increasingly recognize the importance of prioritizing employee well-being, the partnership between ABHI and People™️ stands as an example of employers coming together to create a positive social impact. The introduction of earned wage access through ABHI will not only enhance the employee experience but also contribute to higher employee retention and engagement for People™️’s clients.
