Ben Affleck reportedly handed over entire stake of Beverly Hills mansion to ex-wife Jennifer Lopez. According to TMZ report, court document shows property settlement agreement modification with ‘transfer of property among spouses.’ Sources claim Affleck gave full share of property to Lopez without cost.
The Beverly Hills mansion was purchased by the couple in May 2023 for $60.85 million and millions were spent on renovations. The property has been on market since July 2024, a month before Lopez filed for divorce. Initially asking price was set at $68 million but reduced to $52 million in September.
Lopez currently resides in the mansion while her recently purchased home undergoes renovation. Affleck reportedly sold his AI company InterPositive to Netflix last month for $600 million.
