Andrew Remains Key Royal Despite Charles, William’s Distance

Former Prince Andrew remains a significant figure within the Royal family despite senior royals like King Charles and Prince William distancing themselves. The monarch stripped him of titles and honours, requesting he leave Royal Lodge, and emphasized that legal matters should proceed without interference.

A royal source revealed the situation is more personal behind closed doors. Princess Anne has maintained contact with Andrew, even checking on him during tough times, and has considered offering him a place to stay at her Gatcombe Park estate.

Among Andrew’s siblings, there’s an understanding that their relationship with him doesn’t simply vanish publicly, despite everything that has happened. They acknowledge his role as their brother, which they cannot entirely ignore or deny, regardless of the complexity surrounding the situation.
