Recalling an incident at a restaurant, Starr reveals on Jimmy Kimmel Live that waiters often playfully ask about milk orders. He declines but acknowledges their cleverness.
Starr and series creator Eric Kripke intentionally incorporated this quirk into the show. After discussing it with Kripke, he wrote the joke into every episode.
