
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Sunday a 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. The squad included former captains Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
The announcement was made at a press conference by Aqib Javed, the PCB’s High Performance Director and member of the men’s national selection committee, alongside Pakistan’s T20 International (T20I) captain Salman Ali Agha and white-ball head coach Michael James Hesson. The event took place at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
