Bangladesh sweep Pakistan in ODI series opener

In a dominant opening performance in Dhaka, Bangladesh effortlessly crushed Pakistan by eight wickets in the inaugural ODIs of their recent series. Chasing an initial modest target of 115, Bangladesh quickly ascended to a commanding position.

Opener Tanzid Hasan led from the front, anchoring the innings with a powerful 67 not out off just 42 deliveries. The pair managed an initial stand of 27 runs and swiftly built upon it through regular boundaries.
