Ben Kingsley, a renowned actor with over 50 years of experience, is proud to see his art passed down to his children. Two of his sons, Edmund and Ferdinand, have also pursued acting.

Kingsley recalls watching his sons perform Shakespeare on stage, which convinced him they could succeed in the competitive industry. He told People magazine, “When I saw them on stage one particular time, my son was playing Hal in Henry IV, and my other son was playing Falstaff’s page in Henry IV.”

The actor emphasizes that talent alone is not enough; understanding the role of a storyteller in one’s community is crucial. Kingsley’s sons have made their mark with appearances in hit series like The Witcher and Slow Horses, as well as films such as Mank and Victoria.
