Billie Eilish won the Song of the Year award for her song “Wildflower” at the 2026 Grammy Awards held in Los Angeles on Sunday. On stage with her brother Finneas O’Connell, Billie thanked the Recording Academy and fellow nominees.

“I love you so much,” she said, “and as grateful as I feel, I honestly don’t feel like I need to say anything, but that no one is illegal on stolen land… It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now.”

The 24-year-old singer also criticized ICE in her acceptance speech, urging the public to “keep fighting and speaking up and protesting.” She emphasized, “Our voices really do matter and the people matter. F**k ICE.”

The ceremony took place at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 2.
