Dakota Mortensen’s Lawyer Accuses Taylor Frankie Paul of Damaging Reputation in Court

Dakota Mortensen’s attorney, Joel Kittrell, is criticizing Taylor Frankie Paul following their latest court hearing. Kittrell claimed that Paul attempted to damage Mortensen’s reputation as a father during the Tuesday hearing.

The dispute has been fueled by legal filings from both sides. Paul recently filed for a restraining order in Utah, alleging that Mortensen had assaulted and stalked her. She included photos of injuries sustained in May 2025 and February 2026.

Mortensen previously secured a protective order against Paul on March 20, restricting her contact with their son. At the recent hearing, a judge allowed Paul limited access, granting her up to eight hours of supervised parenting time per week.

The legal battle has been marked by serious allegations from both parties. Authorities had investigated claims that Paul was involved in physical altercations, including an incident in February. Past reports also referenced a 2023 incident where she allegedly threw objects during a dispute.
