Severe fog in northern Pakistan has disrupted flight operations, causing delays, cancellations, and diversions. On January 3, three flights were canceled, five redirected, and 41 delayed, leaving travelers stranded.

Cancellations included Pakistan International Airlines flights from Karachi to Lahore (PA 401) and Islamabad to Gilgit (PK 601 and PK 602).

Flights from Kuwait City to Sialkot (PK 240) and Jeddah to Faisalabad (PK 764) were redirected to Lahore, while flights from Jeddah (SV 738, FL 587) and Dubai (ER 724) bound for Lahore were diverted to Islamabad.

Passengers are urged to monitor flight schedules and stay in touch with airlines as weather-related disruptions continue.
