Sean “Diddy” Combs faces potential legal ramifications once again after Radar Online reported he has denied another sexual assault lawsuit “in its entirety.” Jonathan Hay, a music producer and the former John Doe in a recent suit against Diddy, claims that the disgraced artist sexually violated him multiple times. The court documents show that Diddy sought to have the lawsuit dismissed on the grounds that Hay’s claims lack sufficient factual basis.
Judge Michael E. Whitaker ruled decisively against Diddy’s motions, overruling his demurrer and rejecting his motion to strike in its entirety. In a detailed verdict, Whitaker declared Combs’ attempts to dismiss the case as unsuccessful.
Last year, after a notorious prostitution and rape trial concluded, Hay sued Diddy under John Doe’s name. In a previous interview with Radar Online, Hay described the incident as deeply disturbing. He recounted being forced to perform “oral sex” on the musician, saying, “I can’t put into words how disturbing that incident with Sean Combs was on so many levels.”
He added, “As a man, being so violently violated and humiliated like that is something I will never be able to get over. The thoughts continue to recycle; I cannot escape it.”
