Drake Suffers Heartbreaking Loss
Tay Keith, a long-time collaborator for Drake, died in Nashville, Tennessee following a wellness check.
DJ Akademiks, Drake’s friend and fellow rapper from Toronto, shared a private conversation between the two on his livestream. He claimed that Drake was overwhelmed by grief after Keith’s death and had been facing a ‘what if’ situation.
Akademiks alleged that Drake was feeling guilty for not picking up the call from Tay Keith, who reached out to him about 45 minutes before his death.
The cause of Tay Keith’s death remains unclear as authorities have yet to release their report. However, no foul play is suspected.
