In a coordinated operation, Pakistani security forces neutralized four Indian-backed terrorists in Lakki Marwat District last night, effectively eliminating any lingering threats in the region. The military’s public relations wing reported that troops launched the operation after receiving intelligence suggesting the presence of militant groups associated with Fitna al Khwarij, an Indian proxy organization.

Efforts to combat terrorism continue under Pakistan’s “Azm-e-Istehkam” campaign, aiming to dismantle foreign-sponsored and supported terrorist networks. The ISPR stated that security forces have been actively engaged in a broad counter-terrorism effort across the country, as part of the broader National Action Plan’s Federal Apex Committee directive.

Following an intense exchange of fire, troops successfully neutralized four militants during the operation. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the slain individuals, who had previously engaged in numerous terrorist activities in the area. A sanitization process is ongoing to ensure the region remains secure, eliminating any remaining threats and restoring calm.

This latest operation underscores Pakistan’s commitment to safeguarding its territorial integrity and upholding national security, underlining the country’s dedication to countering Indian-backed terrorism within its borders and beyond.
