The 33-year-old veteran reached this milestone at Bell Centre, where he has spent his entire career since being drafted in 2010. Gallagher is now 13th on the franchise’s all-time games played list, alongside legends like Jean Beliveau, Maurice Richard, and Guy Lafleur.
During a first-period break, supporters rose to applaud Gallagher’s long-standing contribution to the team. Speaking before the game, Gallagher reflected on his achievement, stating he has tried to enjoy every year and appreciates what the team has done.
