The government has announced revised rates for regasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) for January, with the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority issuing a notification detailing the updated prices.
According to the notification, RLNG prices have been adjusted differently for the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGCL). The RLNG price for SNGPL has been reduced to $12.66 per MMBtu, while SSGCL’s price has increased to $12.60 per MMBtu.
In comparison, December’s RLNG rates stood at $12.89 per MMBtu for SNGPL and $12.54 per MMBtu for SSGCL, reflecting a mixed trend in the latest adjustment.
