The Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (Matric Board) has announced that female students will not be asked to remove their veils during exams. This decision comes after recent complaints about strict or inappropriate checking procedures, which raised concerns among parents.

Dignity and Privacy for Female Students

The chairman emphasized that the dignity and privacy of female students will be fully respected at all exam centres. The new directives state that checking of female candidates will be conducted in a respectful and dignified manner, with female staff deployed for this purpose.
