Govt Reduces Petrol Price by Rs 6.17 /litre, Diesel Rs 10.86 /litre

The government has announced a reduction in fuel prices, effective from August 1.

Petrol has been reduced by Rs 6.17 per litre, high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs 10.86 per litre, kerosene by Rs 6.32 per litre, and light diesel oil by Rs 5.72 per litre.

These prices will be in effect for a fortnight, with new rates to be issued on August 15.
