Camilla Luddington, star of Grey’s Anatomy, has shared her plans for the upcoming summer with her two children.

In an interview with People Magazine, Luddington revealed that their summer will be centered around their kids’ sports activities. She said, “Oh God, the dreaded summer entertainment. It’s going to be a lot of sports — that’s the truth.”

She also discussed her practical approach to keeping her kids energized during busy days, stating, “I do know that I could throw them a bag of donuts and they’d be excited, but I don’t have mom guilt over this. And so for me, I’m a little type B. I don’t always have the right things.”

Luddington also shared about her health journey after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. She said, “I was very puffy all the time, not knowing why I was exhausted. I wasn’t working out. I hadn’t seen a workout class in years, and I’m back at Barry’s bootcamp lifting weights.”

She added that she feels more energetic for work and her family since making these changes to her lifestyle.
