Iranian Parliament Official Announces First Toll Revenue from Strait of Hormuz

A senior Iranian parliament official announced on Thursday that Tehran has received its first revenue from tolls imposed on the strategic Strait of Hormuz during its conflict with the United States and Israel. The deputy speaker of parliament, Hamidreza Hajibabaei, stated this information via Tasnim news agency.

The collected funds were deposited into a Central Bank account, as reported by various Iranian media outlets without additional details.
