Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a stern warning about his country’s adversaries attempting to weaken public resilience and sow discord following perceived defeats against Iran’s armed forces. This message was delivered during commemorative ceremonies marking the 37th anniversary of the death of Iran’s founder, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
Khamenei stated that Iran’s opponents have shifted their tactics from direct confrontation to what he termed “hybrid warfare,” aiming to undermine public morale and create miscalculations among Iranian officials. He emphasized the need for national unity and vigilance, urging Iranians to resist efforts designed to foster pessimism, frustration, or internal discord.
The Supreme Leader warned that any actions weakening public confidence or deepening divisions would ultimately serve the interests of Iran’s enemies.
