As part of its commitment to future-proofing talent, Jazz has sent 50 senior leaders to INSEAD’s Singapore campus for an advanced leadership program aimed at building strategic capabilities and driving its transformation into a dynamic service company.
With a model centered around evolving customer needs, Jazz is expanding its focus on service excellence by launching new verticals in financial services, software development, data centers & cloud solutions, and entertainment.
“Our transformation to a ServiceCo is grounded in the belief that service is at the core of who we are. We don’t just want to lead with technology—we want to serve with humility, empathy, and customer-centric innovation,” said Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of Jazz. “By investing in leadership development, we empower our people to anticipate emerging trends and create solutions that improve lives and livelihoods.”
The program at INSEAD Singapore covered key themes such as digital transformation strategy, leadership behaviors to support organizational change, the role of AI, and user-centered innovation.
Through this investment in leadership development, Jazz is reinforcing its position as a service leader—focused on driving innovation and creating a positive impact for the people and businesses it serves across Pakistan.
