Jessica Alba has finalized her divorce from Cash Warren, after more than a year of negotiations and legal proceedings that were marred by the dissolution of their 16-year marriage. The actress reached a settlement worth $US3 million to seal the deal on their relationship, which began in 2004 and culminated in their wedding in 2008.

According to documents from TMZ, Alba will pay approximately $US4.2 million for the equitable division of assets. This sum is being divided into two non-taxable installments: one of $US1.5 million which Warren has already received upon filing, with another payment of the same amount scheduled for a year later.

The former couple will share joint custody of their three children—Honor (aged 17), Haven (14), and Hayes (8)—a decision that reflects an amicable resolution to their marital rift. Neither party is obligated to pay spousal support, ensuring both can continue on their own terms after the split.

Alba has also rejoined her legal surname as part of the settlement agreement, marking a significant step in her personal evolution since the end of her marriage. The divorce proceedings were initiated by Alba in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and indicating December 27, 2024, as the date of separation.

Publicly confirming the split in January 2025, Jessica wrote that she had embarked on a journey of self-realization and transformation individually, and within her partnership with Cash Warren. Her first encounter with him was during filming for “Fantastic Four” in 2004, leading to a combined career path in both film and business.

After the divorce, there emerged rumors about Alba’s dating life. In July 2025, she sparked such gossip by appearing together with actor Danny Ramirez after returning from Cancun, Mexico. Later, Alba appeared to affirm their relationship when posting pictures of their trip to Australia.

The settlement concludes one of Hollywood’s longest-standing marriages and lays a definitive mark on Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s journey through partnership and separation. Both individuals are now moving forward individually, pursuing their futures with newfound independence.
