Jessica Simpson and ex Nick Lachey reportedly met on the same flight from Los Angeles to Hawaii.
The couple was married from 2002 to 2006, according to People.
“They all had a nice conversation. Nick, Jessica and [Nick’s wife] Vanessa,” a source told People.
“It was very amicable and cordial.”
Now married to Vanessa Lachey with three children, Simpson previously separated from Eric Johnson in January 2025 after ten years of marriage, also with three kids.
In her memoir Open Book, released in 2020, Simpson revealed that Nick was her first love and she still respects him “very much.”
