Karachi: Local Journalist Among Four Injured in Separate Attacks

A wave of gun violence has shaken Karachi, with four individuals, including local journalist Shoaib Burney, sustaining injuries in distinct firing incidents within an hour.

Shoaib Burney, a reporter from a private news channel, fell victim to unknown assailants who opened fire on his car along Rashid Minhas Road. Despite sustaining injuries, Burney’s condition is reported to be stable after being swiftly taken to the hospital.

Simultaneously, three separate incidents unfolded in different areas of Karachi, where individuals were injured while resisting robbery attempts. The incidents occurred at Site Superhighway, Liaquatabad, and Azizabad. In all three cases, the armed perpetrators managed to escape without being apprehended
