A close royal insider suggests that Kate wants to convince Meghan to support her efforts to reconcile with Prince William. While she has been silent towards Meghan over years, Kate now sees her as her final lifeline. The source adds that Kate is “painfully aware there’s no path to Harry without getting Meghan’s blessing,” prompting her to work with her team on a strategy to engage with Meghan.
