
ISLAMABAD – The Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, addressed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in a recent meeting. Discussions centered around Pakistan’s political climate and specific matters pertaining to the province.
The Governor underscored the challenges faced by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, highlighting issues such as security concerns and economic development. He emphasized the need for continued collaboration between Islamabad and his administration to address these pressing issues effectively.
“I believe that our joint efforts will further strengthen Pakistan’s stability,” Kundi said in a press release issued by the Prime Minister’s Office.
The Prime Minister welcomed the Governor’s inputs and pledged continued support. “We are committed to working hand-in-hand with all stakeholders, including the provincial government, to promote national progress and peace.”
Additionally, other key officials attended the meeting, including Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Foreign Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, and Advisor Rana Sanaullah. Their presence underscored the importance of regional cooperation in resolving challenges specific to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Governor’s visit marked a significant step towards enhancing communication channels between Islamabad and local governance bodies, aimed at fostering a more collaborative and constructive dialogue for national prosperity.
