Light westerly to northwesterly winds, blowing at around 10 to 15 km/h, will prevail, making weather suitable for kite flying.

The department advised the public to exercise caution during festivities. Kite flyers were urged to remain vigilant, particularly near electric lines and open roads, to avoid accidents.
