Magnitude 4.2 Earthquake Strikes Zhob and Surroundings

An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale struck Zhob and its surrounding areas in Balochistan province on Thursday night, according to reports from National Seismic Monitoring Centre in Islamabad. The epicenter was located 110 kilometers southeast of Zhob at a depth of 12 kilometers.

Residents came out of their homes in panic, reciting verses from the Holy Quran. However, no loss of life or property was reported from any part of Zhob due to the earthquake. Local administration and rescue agencies are closely monitoring the situation.
