Matric Exams Start in Karachi with Enhanced Security Measures

Annual Matric Exams Kick Off in Karachi

The Annual Matric Examinations have commenced today across Karachi under the Board of Secondary Education, with over 380,000 students appearing for their exams.

Special Arrangements Made at Examination Centers

To ensure a smooth examination process, authorities have made special arrangements at all 530 centers. For timely delivery of question papers, 25 hubs have been established in 18 towns across the city.

Security Measures Tightened Around Exam Centers

Strict security measures have been implemented around the examination centers to prevent any untoward incidents. Section 144 has been imposed on exam sites following a request from board administration.

Monitoring Cell Set Up at Commissioner’s Office

A monitoring cell has been set up at the Commissioner’s Office to oversee the exams, as requested by the board administration.

Initial Schedule Postponed

The matric exams were initially scheduled to begin on April 7 but were later postponed to April 10. The exams are being conducted in both morning and afternoon shifts.
