Ousmane Dieng put on a dazzling display as the Milwaukee Bucks emerged victorious over the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 110-93 in the final game before the NBA All-Star break.

Facing his original draft team, Dieng showcased an impressive performance with 19 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, and four blocks in just under three quarters played at Paycom Center. His stellar contribution propelled Milwaukee to a season-high win record of 23-30, even without the presence of their star player, Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Throughout the game, Milwaukee’s team effort was evident as seven other players scored double digits in points. AJ Green played a pivotal role with 17 points and five triples, contributing significantly to the Bucks’ fifth victory out of six games this stretch.

For Oklahoma City, Isaiah Joe led their charge with 17 points but fell short by shooting only four times from beyond the arc. Chet Holmgren registered a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds, yet still couldn’t save his team’s record at an impressive 42-14.

The game also marked the first-time NBA debut for rookie Nikola Jokic, who managed two points in just over a dozen minutes of play. Despite these early struggles, Milwaukee controlled the pace for much of the night and comfortably claimed victory heading into the All-Star break.

This performance not only highlighted Dieng’s exceptional abilities but also underscored how balanced Milwaukee’s roster had become under head coach Mike Budenholzer since Antetokounmpo’s absence. It was a testament to their resilience and depth, which would be crucial as they look ahead towards the upcoming competition.
