The conference was chaired by Admiral Ashraf, attended by principal staff officers and field commanders to review operational preparedness.

Admiral Ashraf emphasized maintaining perpetual combat readiness against traditional and non-traditional challenges in the maritime domain amid a volatile security situation across strategic choke points. He underscored the importance of acquiring niche and cutting-edge technologies as an absolute strategic necessity for the Pakistan Navy.

The forum commemorated the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, paying tribute to sacrifices made during the May 2025 conflict. Admiral Ashraf remarked that the historic triumph stands as a testament to national unity and resolve against external aggression.

Participants reviewed operational preparedness, ongoing initiatives, and upcoming events, aligning naval priorities with evolving regional maritime security imperatives.
