NEPRA Raises Monthly Fuel Adjustment by Rs4.92

The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has notified a significant increase of Rs4.92 per unit in the monthly fuel adjustment, affecting electricity bills starting from April 2024.

This hike, applicable for February, will impact consumers nationwide, excluding those under K-Electric and lifeline categories, as per NEPRA’s notification.

This announcement follows NEPRA’s recent approval of a Rs2.75 increase in electricity tariffs across Pakistan, effective from April, under fuel price adjustment (FCA).
