Ogra Raises LNG Prices by Up to 28%

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) announced a significant increase in liquefied natural gas (LNG) prices for May. Sui Southern Gas Company reported that the new rates will see an 28% hike.

Under these new conditions, Sui Southern’s LNG price is set at $16.04 per million British thermal units (MMBtu), up from a previous rate of $12.53 per MMBtu.

For Sui Northern Gas Pipelines, the new pricing sees the LNG price fixed at $16.98 per MMBtu, marking an increase of 27% from its prior rate of $13.58 per MMBtu.
