
Pakistan Grants Visas for Sikh Pilgrims’ Religious Festival Participation
Pakistan has issued visas to 737 Indian Sikh pilgrims, enabling their participation in an annual religious festival from June 10 to June 19. The Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi confirmed the visas were granted to Sikh yatrees who will travel to Pakistan during this period.
The High Commission stated that the annual celebrations will be held in Pakistan, where Sikh pilgrims will engage in various religious rituals and gatherings. Officials noted that the visa issuance reflects Pakistan’s commitment to facilitating religious tourism and promoting interfaith harmony.
