Pakistan Supports Conflict Resolution Initiatives: Asim Iftikhar

Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Asim Iftikhar, has reiterated his nation’s commitment to supporting efforts aimed at reducing differences and promoting peaceful resolutions to disputes. This statement was made during a briefing on the situation in Ukraine.

Iftikhar urged all parties involved to exercise caution and de-escalate tensions. He emphasized that these conflicts should be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy.

Furthermore, Iftikhar stressed the importance of upholding international law and adhering to the principles outlined in the United Nations Charter.
