The Glassworker, Pakistan’s first-ever 2D animated feature film, has been selected as the country’s official submission for the International Feature Film category at the 2025 Oscars.
Director Usman Riaz shared his excitement on social media, saying, “This is the first time a 2D hand-drawn animated film from Pakistan has been chosen for this prestigious honor.
