Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has been selected as the official airline for the upcoming International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2024, scheduled from November 19 to 22 at the Karachi Expo Centre.

In support of the event, PIA will feature the IDEAS 2024 logo on two Boeing 777s and two Airbus planes to promote the exhibition.

IDEAS 2024 is a key event for the Pakistani government, drawing numerous foreign delegates and serving as a platform to showcase the country’s growing indigenous defense industry. Since its inception in 2000, IDEAS has aimed to boost domestic arms manufacturing and create opportunities for international defense vendors to present their products to Pakistan’s tri-services.

The inaugural event had participation from 45 foreign delegations, reflecting its growing significance in the global defense industry.
