Among other attendees are Chairman Senate Yousaf Raza Gillani, Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan, and Chaudhry Salik Hussain of the All-Pakistan Muslim League. Advisors to the Prime Minister like Rana Sanaullah have also been part of the discussion.

Federal ministers such as Ahsan Iqbal and Azam Nazeer Tarar are present, along with federal law enforcement officials including Special Assistant Talha Burki and Senators Sherry Rehman. Representatives from various National Assembly constituencies are also attending, including Syed Naveed Qamar, Farooq Sattar, Ameenul Haque, and Polain Baloch.

The briefing aims to keep parliamentary leaders updated on the latest developments in the region and is expected to offer insights into ongoing military operations.
