Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) has issued a circular for the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan elections in 2026, emphasizing the need for all officials and workers to support only the party’s nominated candidates. The document states that strict action will be taken against those who campaign for any other candidate without the party’s approval.

The circular further warns of severe consequences, including loss of membership and removal from positions, for individuals found in violation of party discipline. President PTI for Gilgit-Baltistan, Khalid Khurshid, stressed the importance of maintaining collective interest and unity within the party, with any breach of discipline being considered a serious offense against the organization.
