Russian President Vladimir Putin asserts his nation possesses all necessary means to obliterate any aggressors targeting its Baltic exclave of Kaliningrad. This statement follows remarks made by Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys, who had previously stated NATO must demonstrate capability to penetrate Kaliningrad.
