Russian Attacks Kill 4, Injure 10 in Ukraine Overnight, Officials Say

Four fatalities and ten injuries reported from Russian overnight attacks on Ukraine, according to Telegram officials early Friday.

In the Sumy region bordering Ukraine, two women, an elderly man, and a girl under two years old were killed when a Russian drone struck a house. Oleh Hryhorov, head of regional military administration, confirmed these casualties.

Meanwhile, in Kryvyi Rih, home to President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, seven people sustained injuries following a Russian missile strike amid the densely populated urban area. Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the city’s defense council, provided this information.

A day of mourning will be held in Kyiv Friday after at least thirty-three deaths were recorded there Thursday, marking the deadliest Russian assault on the Ukrainian capital this year.
