US TV anchor Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, was kidnapped in February. A new ransom letter has been received by TMZ, claiming knowledge of Nancy’s body location.

The first note stated, “She is dead,” and demanded half a bitcoin for information. The second note claimed the writer saw Nancy alive with kidnappers in Sonora Mexico.

Harvey Levin from TMZ said they alerted FBI officials following these notes. The author also promised to release more details upon public arrest of the kidnapper.

The first letter stated that despite millions wasted, it was offered free information since February 11th but dismissed as a scam. The writer denied involvement in the “horrific crime.”
